For your vacation planning we offer fixed prices all year round including Tyrol pampering board.
Arrival and departure
- The rooms are ready for you to move into from 14.00 on the day of arrival.
- On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room(s) by 10.00 am.
General price information
- The room prices are in € per person and day with the Tyrol pampering board and all "Tyrol inclusive services".
- Local tax is added: plus € 2.50 per person per day from the age of 16.
- Deduction for bed and breakfast only: € 10 per adult per day
Children's prices
- The listed children's prices apply for an occupancy of at least 2 full-paying adults. In the case of an occupancy of less than 2 full-paying adults, the respective normal prices will be charged for children (0 - 17 years).
- Please note: Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in the VitalQuelle nude area. Families with children under the age of 15 can use the family and textile sauna in the "Haldensee" panoramic indoor pool area.
Single room
- We rent the double rooms Margerite and Feuerlilie type A and C for single use.
- Other room categories for single use on request.
Pets
Dogs only on request and at a price of € 19 per day without food (with their own basket or blanket).
Dogs are not permitted in the dining room, atrium or sunbathing lawn.
You are welcome to take your four-legged friend into the conservatory, on the terrace and in the bar area in the Kaminstube.

Cancellation and rebooking information
- Reservation of your desired room type
- Early booking up to 6 months before arrival: Reservation of the desired room number
- Cancellation/rebooking free of charge up to 1 month before arrival
- Up to 1 week before arrival 70 % of the cancellation costs, in the last week 90 % of the cancellation costs
- In the event of early departure or late arrival, 90% of the cancellation costs
- One-time rebooking possible up to 14 days before arrival (rebooking fee € 150)
- Unless otherwise stated, the prices listed on the homepage are always standard rates
Payment modalities
We ask you to settle your room bill the day before departure by cash, EC card with PIN or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
