As hotel manager Martina Barbist has coeliac disease herself, we know what it means to eat gluten-free.
Enjoy a variety of gluten-free mueslis, gluten-free omelettes and pancakes, as well as all types of sausage and cheese and all jams for breakfast.
At lunchtime we serve you a gluten-free snack or you can help yourself from the soup and salad buffet (all dressings are gluten-free).
