LebensKultur - Arrival and information about the hotel
What about parking facilities?
Our parking garage is free of charge for hotel guests.
You will receive a KeyCard at check-in, which you can use to open the gate at the entrance.
Guests of the vacation apartments can park their car directly at the respective accommodation unit.
Are there charging facilities for e-cars?
Two type 2 charging stations (22 kW) are available to our guests in our underground parking garage.
Using your RFID card or QR code (payment by credit card or PayPal), you can activate the charging station and charge your electric car for a fee.
If you have finished refueling, it is best to move your car to another parking space so that the next guests can use the charging station straight away.

How long and under what conditions can I cancel?
In the standard rate, free cancellation or rebooking is possible up to 1 month before arrival.
Up to 1 week before arrival, 70% of the cancellation costs will be charged and in the last week 90% of the cancellation costs will be charged.
Cancellation or rebooking free of charge is not possible in the economy rate.
If a room booked at the economy rate is canceled, 90% of the cancellation costs will always be charged.
In the premium rate, a free cancellation or rebooking is possible up to 1 week before arrival, after which 90% cancellation costs will be charged.
Are dogs welcome at Hotel Tyrol am Haldensee?
We ask for your understanding that we only allow dogs in certain rooms and that they can only be brought along with advance notice when making a reservation.
Please note that dogs are not permitted in the public areas of the hotel.
You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend to the restaurant areas in the conservatory, the Kaminstube in the atrium and on the terraces.
If you would like to bring your dog with you for breakfast and dinner, please let us know and we will be happy to reserve a table for you in the restaurant’s conservatory.
Are there vouchers to purchase?
With a voucher for the Hotel Tyrol at Haldensee in Tyrol, you are guaranteed to put a smile on the face of a loved one.
Value vouchers and vouchers for individual treatments can be conveniently purchased via our website or by telephone.
Is there any special baby and toddler equipment?
Baby and children’s equipment: crib, baby-phone, diaper pail, high chair – and for excursions baby buggies and children’s bicycles – are available free of charge.

What is the Tyrol pampering board?
We are happy to pamper you from morning to night: the Tyrol pampering board is already included in the room price, which provides you with culinary moments of indulgence several times a day.
The highlight of the day is the “4-course feast” in the evening.
Where do the products for the hotel's culinary delights come from?
We have been awarded the Bewusst Tirol seal of approval!
Thanks to our high use of local products – some of which come directly from the Tannheimer Tal – we are not only regarded as a role model for a regionally conscious tourism industry.
Our hotel guests also benefit from particularly high-quality cuisine.

Can sports equipment be hired at the hotel?
Whether for private exploration tours or guided excursions offered by the hotel – snowshoes, toboggans, hiking maps, hiking poles, rucksacks, bicycles, umbrellas and more can be borrowed free of charge from reception all year round.
E-bikes are available for a daily fee of € 35.
Is there somewhere to store skis, hiking boots and other equipment?
The ski and boot room is located in the basement of the main building.
You can lock your winter and summer equipment in the lockers provided with your room card.
Does participation in the weekly program cost anything?
In the Tyrol weekly program we offer you activities, some of which are guided or instructed.
Participation in these activities is free of charge.
However, you will have to pay for any cable car rides, entrance fees and refreshments when you stop off at mountain huts.
What is included in our free service for your active vacation?
Free rental of bicycles, mountain bikes, children’s bikes, e-bikes (subject to advance reservation & fee), rucksacks, hiking and Nordic walking poles.

How can wellness treatments and beauty treatments be booked?
Treatments can only be booked directly via our website in conjunction with a new room reservation.
If you would like to book a treatment in addition to your already reserved stay, please contact us by telephone on +43 5675 6245 or by e-mail.
As soon as you are here at the Hotel Tyrol, you can of course also arrange appointments at reception or conveniently by room telephone.
Does the Source of Beauty have special offers for children and young people?
Even the little ones are pampered with our children’s and teen treatments.
For example, we offer a little pampering massage, a child-friendly manicure or a joint massage with a parent.
